Lab was broken, couldn't complete. Was prompted to create a MySQL instance in us-west zone, but that region and zone are not selectable so I was not able to proceed. The only region available was us-central: Invalid request: Organization Policy check failure: the location setting(us-central1) of this instance violates the constraints/gcp.resourceLocations enforced at the qwiklabs-gcp-02-5d2b509c1ece project..

Lab: Derive Insights from BigQuery Data Project: qwiklabs-gcp-02-817e9d82c8a2 Tracking number: c3837019751307956 Cloud SQL creation fails in us-central1 due to Organization Policy: constraints/gcp.resourceLocations.
