The MySQL instance instructinos are confusing - UI elements are in a different order than presented by the text. Since the MySQL instance takes so much time to be provisioned, but would have been more efficient to start with that, do the BigQuery stuff, and then come back to the MySQL stuff later. By then, the instance might have been provisioned.
