I'm taking a Google course (Introduction to SQL for BigQuery and Cloud SQL) that involves this project, but it won't let me create the MySQL instance because it says the zones aren't enabled. It won't let me select ANY location; they are ALL disabled. Very annoying

Content seems to be good... for some reason the lab instructed to use `us-west-8` for my Zone but my Qwiklabs GCP-provisioned project was in `us-central1`.. and I couldn't change it to my knowledge. I am restarting the lab to see if GCP project will be in the same region for the Cloud SQL zone required. After a restart of the lab - things worked!

boring simple... and in addition why should one pull the csv to local if there is the possibility to export it directly to the cloud bucket?
