The lab requires creating a Cloud SQL instance in us-west8-c. However, us-west8 is not a valid Cloud SQL region. The project organization policy only allows us-west8, us-west8-a, us-west8-b, and us-west8-c, while valid regions such as us-central1 are blocked by constraints/gcp.resourceLocations. Creating the instance in us-west8 returns: Invalid value for region: us-west8. Creating it in us-central1 returns an organization policy violation. Therefore, Task 5 cannot be completed with the provided project.

Too little time, I've already tried 2 times and failed both times. You also need to understand where all these panels of yours are located in order to simply do what you need to do.
