I'm new to Google Skills, and the whole process was overwhelming. It took me hours just to get access. Then I had to figure out incognito windows, how the Google Cloud console relates to the lab instructions, and how the platform works in general — none of which was explained clearly for a beginner. On top of that, I lost a credit even though I didn't finish, despite spending over an hour trying to work through the setup and instructions. This experience was extremely stressful for me. Please consider making the onboarding process clearer for first-time users, and reconsider how credits are deducted when setup issues prevent someone from completing a lab.
