I had issue connecting to the cloud sql instance via the cloud shell and eventually had to use cloud studio to create db, table . below is the error i got ERROR: (gcloud.sql.connect) There was no instance found at projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-308c32aa5a5d/instances/my-demo or you are not authorized to connect to it.
