CloudFormation-WebApp-v1 v2, v3 ,stack creation always failed, and failed to roll back because of permission.

This lab turned out to be a dud. The S3 CF template worked as expected however the web server template v1 failed on the WebServerUser creation due to awsstudent not having the proper access. Thus none of the remaining steps worked. API: iam:CreateAccessKey User: am:aws:iam::<number>:user/awsstudent is not authorized to perform iam:CreateAccessKey on resource: user Lab-3-webServerUser-<number>

This lab is supposed to be an interesting one. However, I cannot move past section2 due to insufficient IAM role of awsstudent causing roll back. Created ticket for this. I will try again when the problem is fixed.

The 2nd part cannot be completed because stack creation fails due to an IAM policy. Please look into this immediately
