Also, the awsstudent doesnt have permission to create IAM-users: CREATE_FAILED AWS::IAM::User WebServerUser API: iam:CreateUser User: arn:aws:iam::662862936267:user/awsstudent is not authorized to perform: iam:CreateUser on resource: arn:aws:iam::662862936267:user/Lab-3-WebServerUser-1DBLFJ1A1U9HT

The WebApplication deployment did not work. According to the log, awsstudent, is not authorized to create IAM user.

awsstudent user doesn't have permissions to create IAM resources. Hence, the stack creation process errors out.
