Nice intro to cloud formation! I would've loved to be forced to make a manual change instead of having all of the templates created for me. That way, you could demonstrate how to use the editor, and how to pull up relevant documentation necessary to iterate on cloudformation stacks. Also there's a typo! It says when changing instance types that it will recreate the instance, when, in fact, it does not.
