Unable to execute putty commands, ppk file does not open up the session, must be a configuration issue

could not access Public IP via Putty session and could not complete. Might have been my issue but attempted a dozen time checking the instruction each time.

got access denied errors when trying to use CLI to copy static files to S3. no troubleshooting steps or tip at all. couldn't complete lab.
