I was unable to finish the lab setup due to SSH blocks on my university's wifi. This was my first quikLABS lab. I was under the impression that I would have permanent access after paying $15 for 2 hour lab, but I see now that's not the case. I wish that had been made clear before paying. It was useful to have a single PDF to set up EMR and other utilities, but I won't ever pay this money for this product again; there are plenty of resources online I can search for. Reading online, I see that quickLABS does not reimburse lab credits after the 5 minute grace period. I'll petition for a refund or credit, but again, I'm not impressed with the product's quality given the price.
