executing python on the cloud seemed to fail (the "check my progress" button would not approve my progress) Also, there were output files in my bucket but not in the naming format mentioned. No job ever appeared in Dataflow for me to monitor. Also - nice to have questions to test our knowledge/understanding - but with no answers available it really isn't helpful at all.
