It would be nice to share some details on what we should be seeing in the file. Instructions is missing a step for the Region variable.

Instructions say to make a multi-region bucket, as well location but you can't do both. This changes how you specify region for beam (I don't know how you would do that). Beam error - unable to access bucket. Failed unexpectedly. Worked on second submit but had to wait for first job to end. Progress check for job did not work

The region variable is confusing (no instructions on how to set it correctly). I figured it out eventually, but this should be addressed in the tutorial.
