Creating cloud composer fails because of IAM error. It seems this tutorial needs to be modified. I added principal "service-<project number>@cloudcomposer-accounts.iam.gserviceaccount.com" as editor role and got cloud composer created. The trouble took me an hour so I put 2 stars. チュートリアル記載のIAMの設定だとCloud composerの作成が失敗します。IAMでプリンシパル "service-<project number>@cloudcomposer-accounts.iam.gserviceaccount.com" をEditor権限で追加したところ作成が成功しました。
