This was my second attempt taking this lab. On the first attempt the grey bar showing the Open Console button did not exist. Clicking the ? button resulted in an offer to receive an answer to my question within 24 hours. No lead through and no immediate chat or bot available? Pretty sad. Additionally, as an intro to Amazon Redshift, I didn't learn anything specific to Redshift. This was more of an intro to setting up a table in any generic database.
