It would be nice to teach us how to install/setup all the program mentioned under "Log in to your Dev Server" on page 8. Also there are lots of inconsistency between the document and what I saw on the screen...

EB pieces are getting a little dated (recommended platform no longer exists, some UI elements no longer accurate). Great hands on overall.
