Pretty good - definitely a step up from a free lab. Wish there was some more explanation but there are plenty of docs to read, the commands working right is the best part. One note, eb command wasn't in my path, had to log out at one point and ssh back in for it to work.

Very useful walkthrough. It's a shame it didn't cover rolling updates, it's worth playing with that group of settings if you have time

Didn't work, ran eb init / start and it ran flawlessly. However nothing every populated in the aws management console. It's as if everything was generated but under a different aws user account. tried running eb start again and it said it already existed, but nothing was registering in the web gui.

The RDS database was in 'creating' status for 30+mins and so couldnt finish the lab off

eb init failed :( Python version of this lab is better, even though it's missing elasticache step.
