Steps 6 and 7 need to be repeated in the Mac section for Mac users to find EC2 hostname/IP and insufficient information provided to locate access key secret key in AWS_CREDENTIAL_FILE.

Make sure you wait a little before login in with SSH after the first EC2 instance has initialised so it has the time to deploy .bash_profile and source it, or steps 30+ will fail !!!
