issues with lab instructions, attempting to create a softlink does not work for this lab. I tried to debug/find a solution but I am limited with my abilities due to this being a lab environment

There seems to be issue with the soft links section. I think Google reorganized that repository and moved the develop-apis-apigee folder out of the courses directory and into the quests directory
