The instructions to remove security blocks from IE was ambiguous and I had to use Google to find a way to do this. Also I had a gotcha when having the wrong region in VS.

Why can't you have a workspace configured for these demos? I spend so much time waiting while VS etc. load. It seems like that part should be optimized. On the other hand, I am getting very adept at installing Visual Studio on a VM.

Spent a little more time on setting up the Microsoft tooling than coding. Otherwise it's OK. Would appreciate better references on the object model and what I can use out of it.
