Looks like the instructions are a bit old. The RDS size had to be 20GB minimum, not 5GB. Also, I was unable to complete the lab, because the lab account didn't provide sufficient permission to allow creating the RDS instance.

Problems opening IE even with the "fix" explained. Found a work around by opening the "Evaluation" link which for some reasons opens OK.
