Interesting lab for GIS users. Currently one gotcha: at step 136.b on page 20, type [ pgstate ] in one word instead of [ pg state ] to avoid the error [Error creating data store with the provided parameters: Validation failed with 1 errors. First error message is: Name 'pg state' is not legal XML'] when clicking Save.

The GeoServer application would not start properly on the server given the commands and instructions in the document. No page was displayed when navigating to the management console (8080).

Couple of typos - looked like we should type "pg state" when it really wanted "pgstate". Otherwise not bad, but the whole geoserver thing was confusing not knowing anything about geoservers.
