Launching GeoServer on AWS avis

Great lab again. A lot of ground covered. I made everything work, except the very last step of inspecting the web site through the load balancer. I could not get to the target instances in the auto scaling group(?). Does the auto-instance always start up in the right state? I probably should have checked the individual EC2 instances before closing the lab!

230 steps - that's a lot - Had a few problems with Tomcat which required a reboot (not sure exactly what went wrong). Load balancer took a while to respond even after it initially appeared up in the console but once up all proceeded fine. Fairly complex lab but well written.

I had trouble getting into the Db with the command provided in the lab. I used this instead: psql -h <priviate_ip> -p 5432 -U pgadmin -d firstdb

Just a as heads up, the login user for the suggested Ubuntu AMI is "ubuntu," not "ec2-user"
