Where you say "once the distribution is deployed" you really need to indicate the wait is likely to be 15-20 minutes! Perhaps there is an activity for the user to complete during this time? The time allowed is longer than required.

some of the areas around the text file creating and where it is supposed to be (desktop? S3 bucket?) are EXTREMELY unclear. Need more specificity on what to do with text files.
