Caching Static Files with Amazon CloudFront Reviews

Default configuration does not work, one need to enable website hosting on the bucket for cloudfront to work.

Not sure why but after deleting the html file both the s3 and the front cloud failed. Additionally, steps 19 and 20 seemed to be "disconnected" to the context.
