Caching in cloudfront took very, very long. Over 30 minutes to not just redirect to s3.

Went off the rails in step 45 where no caching seemed to take place and both S3 and Cloudfront urls (double-checked, I don't believe that I have these wrong) showed the deletion immediately. Reviewed cache settings and cannot find a step that I missed.
