Patience is key! Initial creation, distribution, and invalidation all take a really long time (compared to lab max time), so make sure you have something to read.

I had to change the permissions of the cf_lab1.html file in S3. Otherwise the cloudfront server was issuing a 307 redirect to the S3 URL.
