The bootstrap run, but the server was inaccessible. I had to login and manually start the rails application. Other than that, seemed pretty basic: upload a picture to S3, store metadata in dynamodb, use best practices for roles.

this needs a slight update, micro servers are no longer the smallest instance as recently nano servers were added. the web interface did not work the first time i tried it, went into ssh and manually re-installed the web app before it worked. other than that nothing new, seems also far too low level for the pro certification I am after.

This lab sets a bad example for new users. The EC2 instance should be using an IAM Instance role, or at least a unique IAM User, instead of "my" IAM user's credentials.

Got thru it, but could not load a second pic (the first was challenging) no "explore table" button. Didn't work that well.
