All important services (iam, security groups) were disabled by policy - could not do anything

IAM console does not operate according to the instructions. After selecting Security Credentials under My Account, it asks me to change my password instead of allowing me to enable MFA. And it doesn't accept any strong password I enter.

you guys could specified that awsstudent is not the root account, therefore the warning on trustadvisor won´t go away. Thanks
