the instructions do not match what is in AWS management console (date is 4/3/2016). after creating the task and service, the ECS instances are not associated with the ELB and not running (they keep getting deregistered by ECS). so basically the instructions do not work.

I just wasted $8. I followed the lab instructions. I couldn't get any instances to associate with the load balancer. This lab was a waste of time and $. I'm concerned to do any other labs for fear that i'll waste another $8.00 Very disappointed

Had issues with httpd to download. I could get this working with nginx with the following changes in json: Line 19: "/usr/local/apache2/htdocs" replaced with "/usr/share/nginx/html" Line 27: "httpd:2.4" replaced with "nginx" Line 38: "/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/index.html" replaced with "/usr/share/nginx/html/index.html"

After creating service, the instances in ELB never got listed.
