"To Update A Running Service" didn't increase "Number of Tasks" to 8. It reached 5 with the following event message: service ecs-service was unable to place a task because no container instance met all of its requirements. The closest matching container-instance f4b3963e-e4c9-43c3-85e0-8740e1db69c8 is already using a port required by your task. For more information, see the Troubleshooting section.
