Flow is bad. Should warn users *before* telling them to name buckets; should edit index.html immediately before uploading; not have additional steps between.

I couldn't get the static website to list all of the files uploaded to S3. Here is the error that was returned: Error accessing S3 bucket iv-webapplication-data. Error: NetworkingError: Network Failure
