I never could connect to the SSH using Putty. Also too much time wasted in waiting for the instance to start. You should tell us to "refresh" as I was wating to see 2/2 but it never happened until I refreshed the screen.

Much too short, could use Minecraft to demonstrate scaling as more resources are needed.

Fairly easy, as easy installing it on a ubuntu VPS.
