V5.1 EC2 for Windows Unable to Connect to Instance using Windows Remote Connection with RDP file or entering Public DNS from console. Step by Step instruction are needed to verify Windows Remote Connection for improved troubleshooting cause of problem. Verified Port 3389 traffic is permitted and confirmed EC2 instance was in running status Attempted running same lab on a company internet direct connected (Off Company Network and got the same results. Attempted to run the lab on a Ipad and the PEM file will not download Moving on to another lab due to not being able to connect to my EC2 instance
