Software recommended to use was very unstable; crashed every time I moved the window. Need the software in order to do the lab, and RDP port may not be open on company's firewall which would cause you to lose your credits. Maybe you should warn people that software needs to be installed and ports need to be opened before starting the lab?!

Overall good instructions. Some things slightly off like the description for the Qwiklabs website in the beginning, lab specific details were good

Followed directions, but IIS did not load properly and Powershell script didn't work in bootstrap or CLI. Could not finish lab. *Update - Ran through lab again and all worked as planned.
