I completed all steps, including the host config and elastic IP association. It did not register in the percent complete. - I redid the lab and it appears that it has successfully completed.

I was hoping to find an offline set of instructions so it would be easier to follow along... I'm still having some difficulty matching some areas of the instructions to the corresponding area on the console or set up area in AWS.

Chrome, IE and MS Edge needed to get the "start lab" going. Only worked in EDGE! after numerous refreshes. Had to run the power-shell for IIS manually. Half the lab is about IIS--Please concentrate less on OS and more on the AWS setup, components and features.

I was able to successfully deploy my first Server 2012 instance on AWS, the lab instructions are great.
