It was good, But could not get the command line to run: Install-WindowsFeature : The term 'Install-WindowsFeature' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again. There were some missing intermediate steps (for example, the instruction to come back to the qwikLabs page and get the PEM key didn't mention that you have to click the Connect tab to see the key download link).
