Followed through all steps. Could not find IIS in Server Manager (step 43). Tried the solution mentioned, still did not work. Spent all the time here to fix the issue. Unable to continue from there

Unable to continue due to IIS not coming up. Tried doing it twice, with the <powershell> and without, on the advanced setting. But even after creating 2 instances with both options, still no IIS so unable to finish the lab.
