時間が足りませんでしたが、インスタンス作成はできました。 Windowsで動作させる体験は良いと思いますが、個人的にはインスタンス作成までの過程を深堀したかったです。

When i supplied the user data text for installing iis, it didnt install iis and had to open powershell after logging in and ran the "Install-WindowsFeature Web-Server -IncludeManagementTools -IncludeAllSubFeature" command to install iis. I was then able to follow the rest of the steps.
