I could not launch the EC2 service in the management console. There was nothing but a header and footer and blank space in between when I tried. I was able to open a couple other services, although my account did not have permission to do anything with the other services.

Worst lab so far. The micro instance is too small and slow for this lab. Took 20 minutes or more for the instance to be created, I finished all tasks and my score came back as 10/40 (I'm fully certified in Microsoft so the windows administration is not in question here) thankfully I have a subscription so I can rerun this lab and hope to get the correct score however if this was my first lab in Qwiklabs and paying for individual credits I'd say you were running a scam. Very disappointed in this lab and has wasted an hour or my time and to get my badge I'll have to waste even more time.
