THe lab was fine, but the score never progressed from 10/40 even though I did the entire exercise.

Absolutely sucks. You need to update your documentation. I spent my ENTIRE lab time trying to get putty to connect to the Amazon instance. AGAIN I have wasted 8 credits! I'm starting to consider why I am even using this training portal to begin with. Wasting time. Wasting money. You timed the lab so I only have 10 minutes left in the end to figure this crap out BUT the clock runs out and there's so much more to do in order to get Putty to cooperate with the AWS instance. I want a refund. I'm not sure I want to use this service ever again. Fool me once, fool me twice and I'm done. goodbye.
