Creating Amazon EC2 Instances (for Linux) Reviews

The instructions suck!!! Where do I create my username and password? I'm looking at a "login as:" and have no idea what to use.

Content is no updated and has errors. An instance created in vpc need firts of all the fixed ip because vpc is not accesible from outside without it
