I was happy, with the exception of the Windows SSH part. No where did it tell me what to type for username when I connect to the server. but, I figured it out. Thanks.

For newbies it would have helped to provide the log in password after you SSH into the Linux Server.

Couldnt craete the file because the folder navigation didnt exit sudo nano index.php
