Not at all satisfied. I hit the Start button, expecting some guidance as to what to actually DO ! Instead, the first useful instruction was "connect to the Linux Services menu". Great - where is that? How do I get to it? I have Putty - presumably I need to direct it to something - but to what? Complete waste of $8 - I want my money back.

Again, I did everything required in the labs - it all worked - but I never got past the 10/40 score. How do I get it to recognize the rest of the steps? And there is no "connection" drop down anywhere on the page
