Very unsatisfied. When you don't list all the steps it creates problems. When I launched the instance I couldn't just acknowledge the terms and conditions. I had to specify whether to create a key, use an existing key or proceed without a key. I launched PuTTy, downloaded the Lab pem and pek files and then tried to SSH using the Lab pek file and I received an error message. The step where I launched my instance and I got the key dialog box was not explained properly.
