I have an existing AWS account. This lab automatically opened my account rather than giving me access to a student account like other labs,

Pretty easy to follow and implement and EC2 Instance. But I suggest lesser text, more image and let me able to copy some scripts from PDF (I have to manually type them myself).

I couldn't find anyway to "copy" the text from the guide document, so I had to type the lines. I also got time-out error when I try to connect my test instance from Putty after I follow all the steps

not sure why, but the lesson is a scrollable window, and that text is not selectable/copyable... would have been nice -- I don't mind typing, but I mostly don't need that exercise.
