I am disappointed that all links stopped working once my lab period was over. moreover there was no faq available in case we hit issues connecting to our instance. I wish there was more information available on what to do if we encounter issues

I didn't get a prompt from PuTTY after selecting "Open", after providing the PPK file. That was the only step which didn't seem to line up correctly with the lab.
