That was fun! Though you have a type mistake where you ask the user to look for a Group ID, but what you meant was a Security Group ID. Took me some time to make the correlation.

It should be made clear that the RDP connection to the SQL Server must be done when logged into the bastion server. In hindsight it's obvious but just a note would be helpful.
