I received an error message when trying to connect the address book - Unable to establish connection - server sent charset unknown to client. Please report to the developers. I went over the instructions twice and also deleted and recreated the RDS instance with the same result - also tried different browsers and computers

Could use more network explanation (i.e. default route of 0.0.0.0/0 is wildcard, means all networks, etc...) Most are probably just typing in the info not understanding what it means.
