It was confusing creating the second private subnet. Even though it's explained it for a SQL Server replica it was never used for that. Would have been good to set that up too.

Several errata: Erratum: default instance type for NAT instance is t2.micro, not m1.small Erratum: in step 19, we don't select by subnet address/mask, we select by name. Probably should mention need to make note of this. Erratum: In step 16, it seems to think that there is a Launch EC2 Instances thing to click, but I don't see one.
